Abstract

Evaluation is one of the most important steps of research process. Data collected during the researches are either evaluated with descriptive statistics (such as mean, median, standard deviation, variance, frequencies, ratio, percentiles, tables and graphics) or tested with analytic statistical methods. The important point is to choose the appropriate method and to evaluate it correctly. No matter how good is the research planned or realized, all efforts will be wasted if inappropriate hypothesis testing method is implemented in the evaluation step.
