Abstract

Chest pain patients compose one of the most important parts of emergency visits. Despite the existence of highly sensitive and specific cardiac markers, 2-5% of patients with acute myocardial infarction dis - charged from emergency departments inadvertently. Some likelihood classifications have been devel - oped not only to avoid the misdischarges of chest pain patients but also to guard both patients and physicians from future adverse events. This review article evaluates the most known likelihood classifica - tion about chest pain patients.
